Since then, Ubisoft has released several Assassin’s Creed games, with almost every title adding new gameplay mechanics to a varying degree. Additionally, recent games are vastly different from the rest of the series as the franchise evolved into an open-world RPG with the release of Assassin’s Creed Origins. Now, one user has shared an image that shows how the insignia of Assassin’s Creed games differ from each other.

This image was shared by a Reddit user named RinoTheBouncer, although it only includes the mainline Assassin’s Creed games. It shows 15 games, starting from the original Assassin’s Creed to the recently announced Assassin’s Creed Hexe. As this post only covers the mainline games, the spin-offs and mobile games are not included. So, fans won’t see the insignia of titles like Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation and the Assassin’s Creed Chronicles series of games.
Fans in the comments discuss their favorite Assassin’s Creed insignia, with many votes for Assassin’s Creed Mirage. For those unaware, Mirage takes the series back to its roots with Basim as the protagonist. Ubisoft has confirmed that Assassin’s Creed Mirage will have a bigger emphasis on stealth and parkour, and will be set in a dense city as opposed to a massive open world. Furthermore, it will not have any modern-day sections as the game will solely focus on the historical story.
Players also show their love for Assassin’s Creed Rogue, Assassin’s Creed Origins, and Assassin’s Creed Unity, but almost all games have some sort of support. As there are so many titles in the Assassin’s Creed franchise, it makes sense for there to be varied opinions on each game’s insignia.
There is also some discussion on the possibilities of Assassin’s Creed Codename Hexe with some fans claiming that it could be the darkest game in the series. On the other hand, some users are hearing about Hexe and Red for the first time after they were revealed at the Ubisoft Forward event just a few days ago. Assassin’s Creed Codename Red is an open-world RPG set in Feudal Japan, but little is known about Assassin’s Creed Hexe. However, it’s confirmed that both games will be a part of the Assassin’s Creed Infinity Project, which is not a singular entry and will function like a hub world of sorts.
