The agency which represents many big stars including Peyton Manning and Justin Timberlake is expected to sell for more than $2.5 billion. The New York based firm is selling the assets as a result of the winding down following the death of co-founder Theodore J. Forstmann in 2011.
According to reports, a large pool of investors is interested in the auction including William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, the talent agency run by Ariel Emanuel and a deal is expected to be finalized before Thanksgiving.
